What actually happens
We talk. You share what's been going on, your history, and your goals — at your own comfort level, with no pressure.
Together we look at the full picture so you leave knowing what's happening and why — in plain language.
You'll go home with clear, doable next steps that fit your life — not a generic handout.
I completed my Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University and my Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia — where I also worked as a Student Therapist with the Acadia Varsity Women's Rugby Team. That experience lit up my interest in helping people move well and recover fully, and eventually led me to pelvic health.
My approach is exercise-focused, and I encourage clients to take an active role in their recovery. I love treating hands-on — with individualized exercise prescription and a strong focus on client education. I also draw on dry needling, manual therapy, and soft tissue techniques to help people get back to their regular activities as soon as possible.
